We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste preferences, or ordering mistakes by the customer. However, a return or replacement may be offered if:

To initiate a return or refund request:

3. Refund or Replacement Process
After we review your request: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement claims that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
